What to expect when you plan with Legion
INITIAL CONSULT AND PLAN:
- We will meet for a 30-minute consultation to determine your needs: by phone, Zoom or in-person.
- Next, we document the agreed scope and outcomes you’re after, such as high level or detailed plans and other collateral that drive momentum.
- You receive a proposal addressing your needs, including detailed prices and options to make the most of your time and budget.
MAPPING YOUR WAY FORWARD:
- We bring together your team and leaders, as appropriate, for a workshop to set your strategic direction and map out what success looks like for you, and how to get there.
- We will check in at certain points during the workshop, to make sure everyone’s getting what they need.
- During the workshop, we expect everything will go smoothly, but we’ll have contingency plans just in case.
A STRATEGIC BUSINESS ACTION PLAN AND ONGOING SUPPORT:
- At the end of your session with us, you’ll have a detailed report that gives you a clear, confident view on:
- where you’re going
- how you will get there
- when you’ll get there
- who’s accountable and responsible for what actions
- contingency plans if things don’t go as expected
